One wonders what a good leader is all about. There can be numerous answers to this like a good leader is the one who leads from the front and shows everybody the way forward.Or a good leader creates an environment which is conducive to success and growth of a organisation or a nation or the whole world.
A good leader can be you yourself for your family, your manager, leader of group going for a picnic or leader of a nation. The higher you go the influence and scope of your work increases enourmously.
I believe that a good leader has a vision and a self belief of achieving his goal . He is a true motivator and inspires millions of people to live by his dreams. He believes in an idea and proclaims it to the world that he is going to achieve the final Lakshya. A good leader is aware of the repurcussions of his actions to achieve the ultimate goal and always has the strategy to combat the ills which come which come along the way to achieve the success.
A GOOD LEADER is SELFLESS, He thinks of giving it to others and improves their life either by making them living a better & healthy life, live in harmony, and money comes flowing in as a residue.
Mahatma Gandhi, Sardar Patel, Mother Teresa, Dhirubhai Ambani, JRD Tata all had the vision and belief in themselves and that the reason they are still remembered by all. All of them wanted to do something good for the society.Do we understood them correctly. Yes and No. I think the middle class of India understands everything quite well. Very interesting article on NY times:

I think are ourselves responsible for the situation we are in today as a country and nobody to blame.
The answer is simple we never dreamt of " MAKING INDIA A BEST PLACE ON EARTH TO LIVE IN" .
If we all would have dreamt of it even 25 years back, we would been reaping the rewards of it by now.
NEVERTHELESS WE STILL HAVE TIME. LETS DREAM OF RESTORING THE PAST GLORY OF INDIA.
We always say " This will go on for ever" " ekbar accha kamkiya na bahut hogaya abhi nahin hoga".
In a way we are telling our mind about whats happening around will never change and if something changes for the good it would be a rare case study for IIM-A, B or C, which will never happen again.
I want to be part of the success story of this wonderfull country!
